Miluska Sirvas Ho

After working in the automotive industry for 18 years as an account manager for a leading retail company, I decided to make the switch to the insurance industry. However, automobiles are still my passion and are some of my favorite policies to service. I was even recognized as top of my division in my previous field, which helped me to better comprehend policies and easily explain things to my clients.

I joined Griffin Owens because I wanted to try something different and stay in a customer-centered career. Although I’m new to the industry, my fresh eyes are the thing that sets me apart from my competitors. I always put my clients first and remain loyal to them, ensuring they are happy and confident in my service and with Griffin Owens.

I was born in Chimbote, Peru, but spent the next 35-plus years of my life in Northern Virginia. I consider this area my home and love my community, especially all the parks. I attended local schools and received a Practical Nursing license in 2005 and a Phlebotomy Technician license in 2010. I currently serve on the PTA for my kindergartners’ school and participate in community efforts such as the Lakeridge Recreational Parks.
